Why?

Because when you already have a certain level of muscle mass, the only parameter that will mark the difference between a "beefy" physique and a physique that leaves no one indifferent - or a "superhero" physique as some would say 😉 - is the muscle mass. is your level of dryness.

Having an ultra-dry, shapely physique will counter-intuitively make you look MUCH more massive than if you had a high body fat percentage.

OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE...

End of 2017

I'm having an operation on a herniated disc that I've had since I was a teenager. Unfortunately... This operation has complications. I'll spare you the medical details... But I find myself UNABLE to move and bedridden for many weeks. My condition is so bad that I can't even stand up without help. And to make matters worse: the doctors tell me it's not certain I'll ever walk again.

Results?

I see 20 kg of muscle, my strength, my athletic identity melt away. I'm TOTALLY unable to perform the majority of bodybuilding exercises. I might as well tell you that I'm practically starting from scratch...

At this point? I don't even know if I'll ever be able to train again (let alone compete).

But inside me? I don't want to. And I can't accept this fate.
The fighter's instinct tells me not to give in, to refute this reality. The goal is clear: 

Reclaiming the stage, the competition, my life.

ASCENSION

... TO THE BEST PHYSIQUE OF MY LIFE

After months of perseverance, I finally managed to get back on my feet and resume training.

First at bodyweight, then in the gym.

And to mark the occasion? I decided to take on the BIGGEST challenge of my career. To compete one last time in the queen category:

The Classic Physics category.

Problem? Since I've lost so much... I need to put on a lot of weight and muscle quickly.

This means that my body fat will inevitably increase, and that I will then have to follow a drastic diet and potentially lose volume.

Fortunately... that's not what happens (thanks to a little secret I'll let you in on later...) And I manage to put on the best physique of my life at this final competition in San Marino in 2019.

So the question I kept getting asked after that was:

"But Julien, how did you do it?"

And as you can imagine... The answer is no coincidence. To get there, I followed a very specific program. The same Pro SHREDZ Evolution program that you are discovering on this page.

Since I live in the United States, and after passing IFBB Pro,

I had the opportunity to meet a lot of professional bodybuilders and Hollywood stars.

Some of the most famous are:

Kai Greene, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jay Cutler, Mike O'hearn, Ronnie Colman (8X Mr Olympia), Phil heath (7X Mr Olympia), Rich Piana, Simon Panda, Ulysses, Dexter Jackson (Mr Olympia 2008), and many others.
I had the chance to exchange with each of them, and even sometimes to training alongside them!

And you can imagine that when I had the opportunity to speak with these legends...

I played the good student: I listened carefully. And whenever I could ask them questions, I did.

Especially when I went to at Gold's Gym in California to discover by myself the techniques used by the Pro's.

But also in New York where I was able to meet the supreme judge of Mr. Olympia who gave me invaluable advice.

This is how I have been able to gather over the years a lot of valuable information unknown to the general publicand learn in detail about the most advanced training and nutrition strategies they use.

TRAINING - PRO SHREDZ EVOLUTION

Weeks 1 to 4

In this first phase, we'll add muscle density and volume to start building your future superhero physique.

Here, you'll really understand the importance of the muscle-brain relationship in recruiting as many muscle fibers as possible to broaden your shoulders, upper pecs and arms.

Weeks 5 to 8

During this second phase, intensification techniques multiply, and workouts become increasingly tough, with new challenges to take up.

Volume is strategically increased on key exercises and muscle groups to build the perfect V-shape and a proportionate upper and lower body.

Weeks 9 to 12

The final stretch.
At this stage, sessions become extremely intense and rest periods are reduced on certain specific exercises.

You'll be put through your paces with a training technique from one of the world's leading professional bodybuilders.

The cardio part of the Pro SHREDZ Evolution is divided into 3 cycles exactly like the bodybuilding part.

As the weeks go by, the sessions will become to boost your metabolism. and force your body to draw on its deepest resources to lose fat.

FOOD PLANS - PRO SHREDZ EVOLUTION

This is the most important part of the program. It also consists of 3 phases.

Each phase has a specific strategy so you can lose fat fast and avoid plateaus.

Depending on your progress each week, I give you precise instructions to follow in the program. to readjust your calories and keep progressing.

Weeks 1 to 4

During these first weeks, we start to lose fat while giving sufficient energy to your body to enable it to withstand intense weight training and cardio.

Weeks 5 to 8

Once you've got your bearings and boosted your metabolism during the first 4 weeks, it's time to move up a gear!

Calorie readjustment continues to be strategic to preserve your muscle mass while losing as much fat as possible.

The training program can be carried out over 4, 5 or 6 sessions per week.
according to your availability. But for ultimate results, 6 sessions will be optimal.

The average duration of a training session is about 1 hour to 1.5 hours depending on the session (respecting the rest periods)

The Pro SHREDZ Evolution program ideally requires you to go to the gym for optimal work. If, however, you'd like to follow the program at home, you'll need a complete home gym consisting of at least one incline bench with barbells and dumbbells, a pull-up and dips bar as well as high and low pulleys, a squat rack and a thigh press.

The Pro SHREDZ Evolution program is a demanding program that stands on its own. It should not be coupled with any other program at the same time. It contains the perfect amount of training for a devilishly effective dry out.

Of course! All the programs on the site are accessible for life so you can start and restart them as many times as you like
