I was afraid I would come across a program where everything had already been said, but on the contrary I am delighted.
I learned a lot of stuff and it's really easy to understand the diet. I have my own weight room so when it comes to the exercises in the program, except for a couple of exercises where I don't have the machine, it's easy to replace it with another exo.
