    Start at 93 kilos and finish at 83 kilos ! All good!!! I've been practicing for 10 years, but I was self-taught and had never used a program or coaching. I was getting bored with my workouts and above all I was not able to reach my goal. With Julien's ShredZ program I was able to understand where I was going wrong...nutrition.     Pro ShredZ Physical Program very intense especially the ab circuits lol I'm a bit shitty, great feeling at the end of each session! I'm completely drained and especially sweaty!     Hi julien i want to share this with you i started weight training just one year ago, i lost almost 30 kilos because i was fat 94 kilo for 1m76. I made a lot of mistakes in the beginning, I tried by myself some things. Then I learned over time to manage on my own, I then took your program mass gain which helped me well despite the fact that I still had some gaps on nutrition, miscalculation in macros.     I would like to congratulate you for all you have done to help me progress. I've seen all your youtube videos which are good advice. I've always been into bodybuilding and sports but not really serious about it. At 29 years old, I decided to buy this bodybuilding program to go even further in my goals. Just reading this book has taught me a lot about how to train. I have started the first sessions and I have already felt a difference in my muscle soreness. I understood that there is no point in pushing hard if the movement is not perfectly executed and that it is useless to stay 2 hours at the gym.     I have completed the program but it was quite difficult for me to keep the diet. Weighing my food at the beginning was not easy but I still managed to do it.
    This drying program has made me lose weight but not as much as I would have hoped
    now it's time for the summer and i'll apply some of the training i saw in your youtube videos. i'm waiting for the summer to come and i'll try to improve this program later

    I bought the shred program but I don't really follow it, I have a softer program adapted to my daily life and the time I spend at home, I would love to be as strong as you are, but until now I don't have a calculated diet, I read what I should do, I make efforts but not enough and I often stagnate but I know it's due to the lack of work volume and a diet that isn't regulated

    I wanted to give my opinion on the fat loss program.
    First of all, before I started your program I weighed 91 kilos for 1m 77. I bought the weight loss program which taught me a lot of things and in particular that you have to be meticulous about calculating your calories which is essential for losing weight.
    I lost almost 5 kilos the first month which was great because it pushed me to continue, then the second month was much harder because I only lost 2 kilos and today I'm done. And there is a lot to say besides having a good diet, I discovered a more intense training than what I used to do but I did not let myself be dismantled. I'm at 9.5 kilos less than I was 3 months ago and I realize that I have a lot of weaknesses in my muscles and especially a delay in my legs and a disproportion between my arms and my shoulders. When you're fat, you don't necessarily realize it.
    I read carefully all your advice that I receive every week by mail and that helps me to progress and I thank you for all that you have done for me
    I'm going to try to maintain my diet for a period of time and then decide if I want to go for a weight gain program or a personalized coaching.

    I am finishing the 8th week of the proshredz program this week and I have already lost 9kg out of my target of 13(
    the abs are present and the veins are showing, but there are still 3/4 kilos left over).
    This last one, in spite of the diete to the letter, the calculated diet and the trainings where I gave myself to the full as since the beginning I did not lose an ounce. I think I'm in the period of stagnation, how to remedy this? Cheatmeal?

    So I followed your muscle building program to the letter and I'm very happy with it.
    I've put on some weight and I'm happy about it but at the age of 48, I'd like to do a dry run. 1,75m 84 kg.
    I unfortunately didn't manage my nutrients properly and I still don't manage gaps very well.( work etc)
    I don't think I've figured out how many calories to take to be stable yet.
    I'm still doing the bodybuilding program and trying to get results because I know that my problem is nutrition.
    All this to say, and you'll understand, that I can't send you any pictures yet.
    But I promise, as soon as a correct result is there, I'll send you some pictures.

    Sorry as you must know with the containment it was not possible to start at the time I bought pro shredz but now it's good.
    This morning I started my 5th week of the program and I'm enjoying my progress. My weight is gradually decreasing outside of the sessions and I'm running a little too.
    I have to admit that I don't care about the food, I try to be careful but I have a hard time with it so I do it by feeling
    The abs and cardio sessions because at the end of each session I'm burnt out and we train with a mask in my gym which doesn't make it pleasant.
    I love my program and I see myself progressing every week and it's very pleasant.
    Also I would like to know which program to choose after the physical pro mass or classic beast which looks super interesting

    I'm here to give you news about the PRO SHREDZ program that I followed for 15 weeks.......
    I made it longer since I wasn't very serious about the diet for 2 weeks.....
    I'm happy with the result, even if I would have liked to have been a bit drier.
    To be honest with you, I haven't done all the hit cardio !!!!
    Holidays with kids, it's going to be harder to keep up with the diet and being Breton.....If you know what I mean 🤭🤭....
    For the morale too, because it is true that following a diet with children is not easy ......
    My daughters, "But Daddy why do you weigh everything??? " 😁😁....
    I'm attaching my tracking chart so you can see how I'm doing, as well as some BEFORE and AFTER pictures.

    Because of the confinement and the closure of the gyms, I gained 12 kg, impossible to stop the weight gain even if I was careful and did weight training at home.

    wanting to lose fat, I started your training on January 6, 2020, by slowly reducing my calories, I was at 3300 and now I'm at 2000 a week except Wednesday and Saturday, in fact I started this week the 9th week of this training that I find really good and that has allowed me to lose a lot of fat.

    I had to modify some exos like for example the recumbent dvp by the dumbbell dvp because I miss a pectoral part on the right side what comes to me to force with my shoulders and triceps on this exos.

    For my part, since January 6 until March 4 (my birthday) I had launched a challenge of one month that I renewed to not make any deviation. This has motivated people around me to eat healthier and their joy was even greater when they noticed a weight loss...

    I'm doing well on the diet without having any desire.
    The hardest thing is more with my family because it's a whole change and it's not easy for them. Anyway, all that to say that I find your program really good and I thank you for it. The hardest part of this week 9 is to manage the energy because between the decrease of calories and the training plus the work, it's still difficult but not impossible.
    Concerning my weight I went from 78,6 to 74,3kg (to date). I have attached a picture of my measurements by email.

    As far as the program is concerned, I find that you are well guided on the training sessions as well as on the food supplements. You understand what you have to do and especially why you have to do it.
    There are still a few things to improve:
    - Some errors in the video links
    - Lack of indication on loads even if one person is not the other, a reference point can be useful
    - Missing a passage on the post-program

    For me, I am not a body-builder. I wanted to have a rather athletic and strong body while drying as much as possible because I do triathlon and a little bit of crossfit.

    Because of this, I combined your program (which was more useful as a guide than something to follow like a robot) with a lot of cardio (bodyattack if you know, hit) and cardio strength (grit, bodypump) sessions.

    Your program allowed me to :
    - carry out muscle strengthening sessions by adapting your sets for sets with more reps and less weight (confinement obliges)
    - understand the muscle groups and how to work them
    - I've been trying to readjust my diet in terms of quality and quantity, and I'm no longer aware that I'm on a "diet". I have noticed that we are formatted to eat junk food because of the different media and other lobbies, that we indulge in this system until we realize it. So we just have to break this chain so that our descendants inherit a better health. I would even say that the way I eat has become a new way of life because in addition to the well-being, we find the taste of food. I try to convince people around me but it's not easy 🙂
    - improve my state of mind, my joie de vivre and therefore be zen even during confinement (I've been telecommuting for over a year with my little home gym => bench, dumbbells, bodypump bar and some crossfit equipment)
    - start cooking again

    As for the result, I'm happy even if I still have trouble getting rid of some of the fat around my waist and chest. The whole body has become more refined and defined but I am not yet at the level of being really dry.

    I think I would have had a better result if I had limited myself to 90% of weight training and 10% of cardio but my goal is not only weight training.

    In any case, I'm thinking of continuing for another month and then maintaining my fitness level as I'll soon be cycling and running medium to long distances again, so I'll need some calories!

    So this is my experience!

    I have been following the pro shredz home gym program since April with some of the equipment I have (elastics, dumbbells, bench, ez bar and long bar as well as a high pulley attached to my living room beam).

    It's a great program that you have concocted for us, I love it ...

    107 kgs @ 95 kgs.
    I have always trained but no longer in strength...
    Getting older, I am 38 years old I was looking for training videos all over Instagram,youtube etc. in order to have a slimmer body.
    And that's when I came across one of your videos.
    I instantly appreciated your generosity, because VS other coaches on the web EX: DickersonRoss, Mike Thurston, Mike Ohearn, you also present the food side and not only the exercises. Without knowing it you accompanied me from the grocery store to the gym. I gradually adopted My Fitness Pal, which helped me to start losing weight. But I was missing a few things, because even after watching your videos several times with my girlfriend analyzing your movements, I was missing the right program.

    I am only 4 weeks into the program and the results are spectacular because I was following your advice from the You tube. All that was missing was the exercise program.
    After my 12 weeks here in Canada it will be fall so I will order your program for dry mass I never want to do a diet again Sale...
    It is certain that with me you have not made a fortune because you give so many free things in your videos, but I thank you for it you have changed my life and that of my girlfriend who is also inspired by your videos.
    As far as the program goes I love it however I had surgery for two herniated discs so I go easy on the deadlift but I do the movements correctly, less heavy but more precise. It is complete and I have nothing negative to say it is perfect 👌 Here in Quebec there are even people who wear your shirts it's giants the impact you have... So here I hope my words have known to encourage you to continue what you do.

    End of the program! Very intense but never exhausted, just on the edge of feeling full but up and running after a little recovery.
    The instructions are clear, the videos always impeccable and the variety of exercises avoids weariness.

Concerning nutrition, what was beneficial for me is that there was a good harmony between the big meals and the snacks which was a plus when you have a job on the side to be able to follow on the long term. Moreover, we can easily change a food by another one containing the same nutrients if we don't like it!

    So for my part I liked the program very well done and structured that's why I give it a grade of 5. I followed it to the letter until the end. The only drawback is that I should have taken the program with a food plan for me and not follow the plan in the program which is also good but maybe I would have had more results.     What you have taught me I will continue to use in the future
    Then I had set goals for myself, some of which I achieved.
    I wanted to get down to 75kg (78.2kg base weight it seems at the beginning of the program) and I end up at 74.6kg 👍
    Another strong point is that I lost a total of 6 cm around my navel while my pecs and biceps remained practically stable.
    Ideally I would have liked a six pack or even a four pack but I think that my genetics and my anatomy mean that I would have to get down to 70 kg to see it... Personally I don't see myself continuing such a drastic quest and at 70 kg I would want a physique that is much too thin I think
    The last phase of the program I couldn't do it. I got sick twice... And on top of that, since the beginning I've been training 4 times a week and not 6... If I had followed everything to the letter I think I would have turned into a gladiator.

    I couldn't really finish the 12 weeks because of small injuries and a little bit sick but I had good results.

    With 17 years of weight training behind me, I needed to "shock" myself and I did.

    I'm 5'9" and in September I was 87.5kg.
    Today I'm at 82.7 kg with significant fat loss, I think I'm at 10% maximum.

    I did 2×6 weeks instead of the 3 x 4 planned in the program because I could not do triset or superset.

    I have adapted the program with my favorite exercises the program is top in terms of reps series rest time etc. ...

    The program is great. To be honest I followed as much as I could but sometimes I couldn't do certain exercises because I didn't have enough material. I invested and so I started the program again. It's not easy for me to be assiduous because I have a very physical job and so in the evenings I'm knocked out especially in periods like now which don't necessarily make you want to train but I try to do as many sessions as possible anyway. And I had some physical problems so this is another cause that made me slow down. It's going to get better and I'm going to get back into the swing of things

    With a lot of hazards, Covid in January, chicken pox in February (and yes, thanks to my son for sharing everything), and meniscus surgery on March 02. But I hold on, I do not lose motivation.     First of all, I want to tell you that I am not a bodybuilding pro but it has always been a passion and I am at an age (42 years old) where I have put aside my first passion, soccer, so it became important for me to take charge of my life (I had gained 10 kg)...

    So regarding your PRO SHREDZ program I would give it a 4/5. Which for me (accountant by profession) is very good.

    For indeed, it is :
    - easy to use,
    - progressive (difficulties),
    - both parts (home gym and gym) are great.
    - the illustration videos are well done

    Now if I may say at my small level what I would add is :
    - same as for the "room" part of the links for the home gym part that I personally used the most and that I missed at times.
    Currently I am not registered in a gym and it would have helped me at times to be sure of my movements...
    - The same can be done by indicating directly in the ebook some advices on the loads (less or more) according to the importance of the contraction... After you will tell me that it depends on the feeling of each one but an indication, in my opinion, would help a lot the BEGINNERS.
    As far as my results go, I'm very satisfied so far despite only being at week 10 😅. I started your program a little later than when I bought it...😉
    I went from 89 kg to 82 kg for 1M77. My muscles have clearly begun to take shape and this is due to the fact that I have rebalanced my diet (thanks to your advice as well).
    At the moment I need to focus a little more on my abs, which still need to be drawn.

    As for the pictures, I'm sorry but I didn't take any before...

    It's crazy in 3 months (knowing that during these 3 months I admit that I made some deviations + or - controlled...).
    Some people around me including in my family have a hard time with this change, also with the fact of taking "powder" that's how they qualify Whey or EAA... for them it's borderline drugs but when you don't know anything about it....🤬🤪 I also heard: now he eats powder and capsules! Anyway I put it down to jealousy and move on! Most of these people I hear them say, "I would have to do something, lose weight or get back into sports"
    And this has been going on for years! I even heard that I don't look like anything anymore! Yes, it hurts a little but now it's slipping away! Anyway, I'm proud to have taken the step, proud of the result and it's not over yet! I wanted to take a week's break from sport after the 3 months of your pro shredz program as you recommended in one of your videos...
    So I'm starting my 2nd week of maintenance, another 3rd and I'll start your weight gain program if you validate according to the measurements and photos.
    As for my opinion on your program, I obviously agree! If I have to put a small downside, it's the frequency of the trainings, 6 days/7 it stings a bit but you get used to it, it's just the timing that remains a bit tense.
    I was able to see movements I was not comfortable with like the deadlift or barbell squat in front...besides if I can do without it in the mass gain program it's fine with me. Otherwise great program, well explained, videos of the exercises 👍on the nutrition side, I didn't feel too much hunger, however fatigue yes especially at the end.
    Come on if I have to put a rating out of 5⭐️ I'll give you 4.5 just for the frequency of workouts but overall I'm really satisfied and I really thank you🙏🙏🙏 my wardrobe has totally changed😂

    I just wanted to share with you my post-program experience, thanks to what I learned with you. As a reminder, I followed the Pro Shredz program as well as the personalized nutrition plan.

    As mentioned in my comments, I was able to lose weight but above all I learned how to eat and review my way of practicing sports. For this, I had "appropriated" your programs by trying to understand them, but when I arrived at the end I asked myself "what now?"

    My big weight loss is over, but I want to continue to be careful while still having fun and not overdoing it. My body will naturally continue its modifications.

    As far as diet is concerned, I followed your diet program for a few months but now I am less strict. However, I think more about what I eat or how I compensate and I know how many calories an apple brings me, or in which foods I can find protein.

    Instead of calculating my calories and macros every day, I simply made a list of typical meals. As mentioned, I'm no longer in pure weight loss mode, just in the mode of indulging myself while maintaining some good eating habits....

    Here you go. I just wanted to thank you again for all that I have learned from your weight training and personalized nutrition programs.

    For the pro shredz program I would rate it 5/5. I managed to reach my goal of losing fat. I still have some to lose but it's targeted around the stomach, I still don't have a flat stomach but the abs are visible.

    I found the program quite adaptable, having a broken ankle and a small child, I had to do my sessions in my home gym. The hardest part was the nutrition, I eat way too much and not healthy enough. The results are visible quite quickly, everything is well explained. Each day the sessions do not take too much time, ideal to take care of the little one.

    I also managed to gain muscle. Now the goal is to gain mass properly while trying not to gain too much fat.

    I recommend the program to anyone who wants to gain muscle and lose fat quickly and permanently. And I also thank you for all your advice and videos.

    Here are some pictures of my transformation, I didn't follow the program to the letter because I have a tendonitis in my shoulder that gives me pain in my right arm...I started by adapting my diet...and I do trainings with movements that limit my pain...but things are slowly getting better 🙂 as you often say, I give myself time and patience I follow your capsules to help me in my transformation, good day, greetings!

    So to give you some feedback on my experience with the Pro shredz program ....
    I'm really pleased with it, it's really helping me to progress. Even if I thought I'd progress a little faster, my age (48) is a bit of a disadvantage, but that doesn't mean I'm going to give up, quite the contrary. I'm continuing the program from the beginning but with the weights from the end and I'm continuing my progressive overload. I've made a few modifications by adding 1 day / 2 15 to 30 min of skipping rope and alternating roulette a adbo. I walk my 9000 steps almost every day.

    hi , julien so first of all i'd like to thank you for what you do on a daily basis to help all those people in need to get back on their feet . As for me, I followed your pro shredz program 3 months ago and I started at 82kg I think. then I also followed your summer program, I'm currently at 71kg700, I feel great. you made me a reverse diet plan and I'll probably ask you for another one for the next step because I'm now going to move on to the pro mass program. i can't wait to look like something lol i'm getting all s'en fin it's weird and yet on photo the change isn't amazing. i'll send you my photos soon as i'm going on vacation in the south in a week. good evening stephane
