    I was afraid I would come across a program where everything had already been said, but on the contrary I am delighted.

I have my own weight room, so when it comes to the exercises in the program, except for two or three exercises where I don't have the machine, it's easy to replace them with another exotic.     At first I was skeptical, because for your Mass program I had to reduce the loads to do well, and at the end I was very happy with my physical and technical evolution, this Mass program taught me to do bodybuilding instead of pushing without thinking, which I had been doing for 15 years and without dieting, so there was no evolution, definition or other. So now, despite my 46 years old, it's diet plus "intelligent" bodybuilding.

    As promised here are my pictures before/after the physical program pro mass at the end it is more than 4.5kg acquired while keeping a fairly clean definition. I was last May at 87kg and in September I was down to 71kg and I stabilized until December when I started the program. I am now at 75.5kg for 1.76m. The fear of regaining fat after losing all my surplus is well managed with the program and the over-feeding days.

    Thank you for everything! I'm having a little deload before leaving for a second round.

    Hi julien i want to share this with you i started weight training just one year ago, i lost almost 30 kilos because i was fat 94 kilo for 1m76. I made a lot of mistakes in the beginning, I tried by myself some things.     A program like I have rarely seen. For all those who think this is a poor pdf with nothing in it, it is not. I have improved in every way. I've realized that it's not enough to push the font but to do it intelligently with organization. To be honest I had never bothered to focus on nutrition and I understood that one did not go without the other, I still gained 4 kg. So at my rate, I will start again by calculating my calories with my new weight before starting a dry because as you explain in one of your videos, I will not waste time to do a dry too quickly. Plus I'm not a competitor so I have time.

    To date I am currently in dry, I started in May 2017 at 108kg and to date I weigh 83kg.
    Of course I have reached goals, but as time goes on and I lose weight, many goals come after you finish.

    Being in my last year of physiotherapy in Spain I started watching your videos when you talk about your disc herniation surgery. These videos are not the happiest but they are a great source of motivation to "see" your mind and your evolution in the face of the infection you had after surgery.
    After that I took your "physics pro mass collection" program because I wanted a change in my program and I had been feeling the stagnation for a while. The result is great, better muscle volume and performance thanks to the exercises that work the muscles as a whole (especially the posterior fibers of the deltoid muscle that many forget in their program).

    The general feeling is good, due to the variation in the order of exercises and the variations in intensity. The weight goes up on the scale keeping a fit line. Just 1 small regret, I who has been doing bodybuilding for 15 years would have hoped for less general exercises, even if going back to the basics is good.

    I am 39 years old, 178 cm tall and 76 kg, and I decided to seriously start working out again about a year ago.
    I bought some weight training equipment to create a dedicated "room" for myself. I have a gym near my home as well. I am well aware of the difficulties linked to my age.
    I started by surfing the net, following the advice of famous "coaches" (well, judging by the number of subscribers...).
    I also took another program that was supposedly dedicated to beginners and with options: gym or home.... but without convincing results with "innovative" exercises ....

    I knew I needed a structure, an organization and most importantly a nutritional plan.
    I discovered Julien by chance, and found his style very professional, square, without superfluous. I thought that you had to have a very good level to access his programs. But, as I went deeper into the subject, I realized that this was not the case.
    His experience and way of doing things made me decide to take the plunge recently ( end of August 2019).

    I took the Physique Po Masse program. The results are already visible ( physical slightly ? and moral fully!!! ) especially in the upper back, which is very important for me, being sedentary and sitting in my office during the day. When I go to the pool, I notice that I am not the only one who is bent over in the shoulders....? not to mention my stomach...
    I also have better definition in my arms, not in volume, but in relief.

    I count my calories with the MyFitneesPal application and make sure I respect my intake quantitatively but also qualitatively. For the moment, I have a hard time being overweight, a point on which I must be more rigorous.

    I am very satisfied with my choice and really recommend it.

    When I came across a video by Calum Von Moger, I found similarities in the advice. So, with Julien's program, we go into another dimension....

    I've been watching your videos for a long time, applying your advice on both sports and nutrition to improve my daily life.

    Having done a dry one this summer, with a result of -8kgs I decided to launch since the beginning on September 30th in a mass capture program. Program that I bought on your site of course.

    I apply the exercises every day, with the best possible execution, respecting everything that is written in this program. The food and of course the food is put in adequacy by monitoring well the calories and macros for a good distribution.

    I'm in phase two or I've been attacking since Monday weeks five through eight. I admit the tempo variations and the drop sets hurt but that's what we're looking for for muscle growth.

    Nice memoir, well structured with the essential elements to start a good mass gain over 3 months. A little expensive I think for the entire content. I would have liked more information on nutrition and more examples of meals with calculated macros.

    As for the program itself, it is very complete, maybe even a bit too much for an intermediate level like mine. It's impossible for me to do 6 sessions a week. I give a lot and I need at least 2 days of rest or more depending on my muscular fatigue.

    The supplements are interesting but we feel that we are pushed to consume them. We don't have the real benefits brought by some supplements and even if I know them all, I don't want to over-complement myself.

    First of all I wanted to thank you for what you do, it has motivated me a lot, I decided to buy your program but I was already losing fat (thanks to you and your video advice nutrition and others) the program not bad help for the exercises and meals.
    Unfortunately I didn't take any before and after pictures but I should have.
    For the results which are over 4 months and thanks to your advice and videos (83 kg to 69 kg) and I took taste to eat correctly in small quantity and to please me from time to time but especially to cook and especially to eat oats.
    Thank you for the advice on weight gain. I'll wait a few more weeks and then I'll start looking at one of your programs.
    It's the first time I've taken the time to answer like this... in any case, keep on like that, you're really motivating.

    As the program came to an end, I found it difficult at times, especially the second part, but at the same time the most enriching part for me.

    So first of all I wanted to thank you because thanks to this program I was able to evolve quite a bit in terms of performance and especially in terms of understanding the body. I was also able to see where the problems were in my personal training such as not having enough rest time or staying in my comfort zone. So it allowed me to evolve quite a bit.

    To be completely honest with you, I would have loved to send you pictures of my evolution but as I haven't reached my physical goals yet I'm not proud to send them to you, we'll see about that in the next program (classic Beast).

    I took the PRO MASS program.
    I really find the program very good 5/5.
    The hardest part is the diet on the side in order to optimize the driest mass gain possible.
    Unfortunately, when I started the last stage I was victim of a sciatica which put me at the forced stop... it's already been 3 weeks...
    But in 2 months I could see results.
    That it is obviously on the scale, slightly in photo, but in particular on the turn of biceps (+2cm) thighs (+ 3cm), bust (+ 6cm) and buttocks (+ 5 cm).
    The hardest thing now will be to start again slowly so as not to injure yourself... maybe dry out a bit before starting to gain weight again.

    I started with the mass program and it took me a few weeks to find the right number of calories to take in per day. I didn't gain a lot of weight but I did have a fat loss so I'm extremely happy. I am starting the last phase.

    The pluses:
    -Very well done program
    -Simple and clear
    -The videos helped me a lot in the execution of the movements

    The -:
    -Big weakness in the arms and despite the program I did not manage to develop them (or very little).
    - + Meal ideas for the week would have helped me a lot.

    Results:
    +4.7kg (from 68.3kg to 73kg) quite satisfied as I have trouble gaining weight.
    -Good muscle gain in the thighs and upper body (+3cm thigh circumference)

    I'm thinking of doing it again in the next month or two, I'm very satisfied with the program and I recommend it.

    I rate it 4/5 because a monthly follow-up would have been a plus.

    I started watching I'm just worried about one thing the weather.
    In fact I go to the gym 6 days a week and from 6 to 7.

    Since a few days I have resumed jogging 3 km in the morning before going to the gym.
    The other worrying part is the nutrition is a bit empirical.

    I have started the program and I find it very interesting and varied in terms of exercises, but most of all effective.
    I did not take the time to make the measurements or photos but being in the program I already see a physical evolution.
    Knowing that except on my days off I can't really follow the diet (being a cook and working in breaks).
    I also did not succeed in scheduling the 6 weeks sessions due to lack of time (I work in the morning and evening and in the afternoon I take care of the children).
    I had to do the 6 sessions over 1.5 weeks by training in the evening after the service around 11pm.
    But I find the exercises top I note 5 on 5

    Thanks for the boost, progress has been made, even if like everyone else I was hoping to see even more results.
    Personally, my difficulty wasn't with the training - I was very rigorous in my monitoring - but really with the diet.

    Firstly, it's not possible to make snacks at work when you're in the middle of a client meeting. Then you finish late and when you have your snack you have less appetite for dinner (which you can't postpone because there's the reality of the rhythm of home, school etc.).

    But I've made progress and I'm waiting until the beginning of June to take my measurements (I took them at the start of the program, so the verdict will be in 10 days).
    So I'd say a 4 out of 5 without because I found the program very good but I probably could have used some additional tips to help me with my diet.

    Finally, and this is just my overall opinion, I think it's difficult to write a personalized letter to each of the people you coach (on the more standard programs).
    In any case, thanks to you and your program, I'm back down to 77kg in 3 months (vs 73 and sometimes 74) so I'm going to continue my efforts and see if I can do even better with the way my body is shaping up!
