    Hi Julien, I've been doing the huge pecs program for 3 months now and I've modified it slightly for some exercises since I only have adjustable dumbbells at home
    This program is simply the fire of God!
    Even with dumbbells I've gained 2 inches on my pecs and that's just the beginning

    Hello, Julien,
    I followed most of your exercises but with less loads and sets in my home gym and on my new Kettler machine but I found what suits me best, which is to rotate between 4 weight training environments: weights, dumbbells and machine; elastics; TRX straps (body weight) and resistance work with Nabaiji push-pull accessories from Decathlon in my pool. I find it very satisfying and I don't get bored. Thanks for checking in with me and making us dream as usual.
