How to do the Bust Rotation with medicine ball ?

Bust rotation with medicine ball is an exercise that mainly solicits the obliques.

How do you do the exercise?

Sitting on the floor, balancing on your buttocks, knees bent, you rotate your torso while holding a weighted ball in your hands and touching the ground on both sides with the medicine ball. This can also be done with a disc.

ATTENTON: The movement must be slow and controlled so as not to twist the spine too much.

Tips

  1. Blow with each rotation of the chest.
  2. You must keep your balance by keeping your torso slightly curled and not completely straight and your feet off the ground during the exercise.

Variants

  • You can add difficulty by increasing the weight of the medicine ball or by using a heavier disc as shown in the diagram.
