To perform this exercise, you will need a weight machine with a pulley. The triceps is the largest muscle of the arm.
The weight of the pulley must be adapted to you and to the exercise. The goal is not to cheat on its realization.
Stand parallel to the pulley and keep your feet flat. Grab the rope behind your neck and pull up until you feel your triceps working.
There is no variation for the triceps pulley extension because it is by adding weight that you will add difficulty.
