What if I told you that we could eat donuts without getting fat?
Do you believe me?
A diet, whether it is to gain muscle mass or to lose weight, must not be synonymous with frustration. Express diets to lose weight quickly and other slimming products that flourish on the market are not only harmful to your health but will not allow you to lose weight permanently and you will quickly regain your lost weight.
Training and bodybuilding are good, but eating properly is better. And it is even essential to have a balanced diet for your health as well as to reach your fitness goals and keep your figure. So if you're tired of the yo-yo effect, you'll have to review your lifestyle and build a food plan with balanced meals.
To do this, it will be necessary to know precisely the number of calories and macros you need for the day. Once this is done, it will be enough to adapt your intake to build balanced menus.
This does not mean that you should eat only white meat and broccoli or green beans every day. In fact, you can easily gain weight by eating only meat and vegetables if the amount exceeds your daily calorie quota. On the other hand, you can lose weight by eating an ice cream or doughnuts once in a while. It's all a question of choosing the right foods and quantities so as not to exceed your daily requirements and also to have your quota of dietary fibre for good digestion and never be hungry.
Below is my recipe for low-calorie protein doughnuts that you can incorporate into your meals or snacks.
