Front pulley raises are an excellent exercise to build shoulder strength.
How do you do the exercise?
After your warm-up, place the pulley on the lowest notch and position yourself as shown in the photo. Legs barely bent and spaced at hip width.
Grab the pull rope and make movements by raising your arms to the sky. With the pulleys, you will be in direct voltage throughout the exercise. Your arms should be straight when performing the front raises.
