From anorexic to Fitgirl

From very skinny to muscular : I present you Agathe, a former anorexic who gained almost 15kg thanks to weight training !

I coach Agathe by giving her some advice but her progress so far proves that she is already training as hard as a man.

Usually we talk about the difficulty to lose weight or to slim down but rarely about the difficulty to gain weight. Anorexia is a real disease, often linked to eating disorders and is a real health problem. Reconciling with food (nutrition) can take time and requires above all a mental work on oneself and weight training can be an excellent way not only to fight thinness but also to rebuild oneself mentally and physically.

Other eating disorders exist such as bulimia or hyperphagia, often linked to a diet that is too strict, which is why it is important to allow oneself small pleasures while remaining within one's calories and macros in order to continue to progress and reach one's objectives without frustration, whether it be in the context of weight loss or the opposite. In Agathe's case, weight training allowed her to gain 15 kg of muscle and to find a healthy diet.

Her next goal as a Fitgirl is to compete in her first Bikini category.

    it would have been interesting to talk about her experience with eating disorders in the video rather than making her suffer with a guy's workout. Since you have a youtube channel, you should address this issue. I would like to suggest it to you
