How to lose belly fat quickly and permanently?

You know that it is impossible to lose localized fat?

Yes, but it's not that simple.

If you saw my last video where I tested the in body, you could see that when I calculated my body fat percentage. I have mainly fat located in my abs and belly as well as the whole abdominal area.

So by starting a fat loss diet, I will lose my belly fat.
