My complete fullbody program to continue your weight gain even on vacation!

In this video Vlog, I'm back in Montpellier, the city where I did most of my studies and I present you my typical workout session that I usually do during the holidays or after a long break. The Fullbody is ideal for beginners in bodybuilding but it can be very useful even for advanced practitioners especially if you do not have the possibility to do more than 3 to 4 sessions per week or if you need to recover and reduce the intensity of your sessions for a given period while continuing to build muscle and stay healthy.
