How to prepare your meals for weight gain?
In this Vlog Muscu, I show you my diet for bodybuilding and how I prepare my meals for muscle gain. I started a new diet a few weeks ago based only on solid food, no more whey and protein powders for the moment! On the menu, turkey, chicken, red meat, salmon, white fish and of course basmati rice, sweet potatoes, bananas, apples and some green vegetables to get my daily amount of fiber. Without forgetting the essential food supplements with multi-vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D3, magnesium, probiotics, omega 3, joint support (joint and tendon). I will then take you with me to a bodybuilding and fitness competition, the NPC Ultimate Grand Prix in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for which I was invited to participate in the NPC fashion show with other IFBB PROs.
