How to build thighs without doing squats? Can you build thighs without squats? In this video Vlog muscu, I present you my protein breakfast of the moment based on oatmeal and whey protein in particular then I bring you with me to the gym Elev8tion Fitness in Miami for a session of legs (quadriceps, ischios, glutes) with a revolutionary machine which is the belt squat.

Session Details:

Exercise 1: Unilateral leg extension 5 sets of 10 repetitions of each leg + 5 repetitions of both legs at the same time then 1 minute rest.

2 : Belt squat machine 5 sets of 15 repetitions with 1min30 rest

3: Hack squat machine 4 sets of 15 reps with 2 seconds pause at the bottom of the movement, 1min30 recovery between sets.

4: Walking lunges 4 sets of 12 with 1 min 30 rest

5: Leg curl 4 sets of 15 repetitions with 1 minute rest

6: 10 x 50 meter sprint with cart at full speed with 30 seconds rest between sprints
