The latest adaptation of "Hellboy" hit theaters in April 2019, with David Harbour playing the main character of the horned hell. 

Harbor may not be the first guy who comes to mind when we think of the incredible transformations of Hollywood actors playing superheroes. Indeed, the actor is probably best known for his role as Police Chief. Jim Hopper, in the well-known Netflix series called "Stranger Things". In this one, he would be more likely to be seen with cigarettes and donuts rather than weights.

But that vision changed when the first photo of Harbour as the comic book hero Hellboy, surfaced online. The character is a towering devil who protects humans from malevolent supernatural forces. To pull this off, even though David Harbour had to don a few prosthetics and a bunch of red makeup, it's no secret that he had to get in some physical shape to play the role.

By the end of their nine-week program, which focused on developing aesthetic qualities and at the same time perfecting functional movement, Saladino said it also prepared him to feel ready to don the Hellboy costume and walk through a brick wall.

EXERCISE 2:

Hack Squat: 4 sets of 10/8/6/5 (inverted pyramid)

EXERCISE 3:

Bulgarian squats: 4 sets of 12 repetitions (for each leg).

EXERCISE 4:

Bench press with barbell: 4 sets of 12 repetitions

In Biset with

Bench Jumps: 10 explosive jumps

EXERCISE 5:

Leg Extension: 4 sets of 10 repetitions (dropset on the last set)

In Superset with

Leg Curl: 4 sets of 10 reps (dropset on the last set)

Abs circuit: 4 laps
