In this video I propose you a challenge of 1000 repetitions in less than 60 minutes. Ideal for the dry in bodybuilding in addition to your daily trainings. 10 exercises with 100 reps to do for each exercise in the least amount of time possible.

Exercises

1: Pull-ups

2: Squat

3 : Crunch high pulley

4: Lateral elevations

5: Ground pumps

6: Alternating slots in place

7: Standing bar curl

8: Dips between two benches

9: Standing military press

10: Standing calves or 100 burpees (if you can do it!)
