  1. good article, just one thing, you say 5 accessories to build muscle at home but in reality there are only 3 because the straps and the armblaster are more for the gym, right?

    Very good article!
    In fact, all of this equipment is very useful for home weight training. I would add the weight bands which can allow many exercises at home and which have several levels of resistance to adapt to the level of each one
