My shoulder training program in detail. In this video I present you my best shoulder exercises to get wide and muscular shoulders. I show you some intensification techniques training to build muscle with supersets, trisets that I often use during the dry period.

I finish my workout with HIIT cardio, including sprints with a weighted cart, a very physical exercise!

In the evening it's direction the American Airlines Arena to go see a basketball game, the Miami Heat against the Phoenix Suns ! I'll show you how a basketball game in the American way.
