To train in the gym, there's nothing like a good bodybuilding playlist to stimulate you and keep you in shape.
It happens that we want to give up and it is in these moments that we realize the effectiveness of a good choice of music. It allows us to clear our minds and focus on our movements, to be concentrated during our session and therefore to be optimal.
Consistency of rhythm is also important in songs, as it allows you to coordinate your movements with the rhythm of the music, thus helping you to train effectively and progress. bulk up.
If like me you always want to stay motivated, don't hesitate to create your own music compilation to go to the gym. Some days you'll be lucky enough to have a workout partner but others you'll be alone.
As for me, my playlist always accompanies me during my training sessions, especially during intensive exercises. I stay focused without losing sight of my goal thanks to my playlist, I create my own little bubble in which I feel my muscles contracting as I lift heavier and heavier weights.
Generally, I choose dynamic music that awakens in me the rage to surpass myself, because weight training is a sport that can be very exhausting. Thanks to music, when I train alone, I don't feel tired or weary during my workouts, the minutes go by without me noticing and at the end of the workout my muscles are pumped up.
It is during these moments that I feel the best, because my mind and my body are in adequacy to reach the maximum of my sporting performances and thus not to give up anything
Getting started
At the beginning of muscle strengthening exercises, I often choose music that starts slowly, to let me time to warm upThen, as the rhythm accelerates, I intensify my movements. That's how, little by little, I manage to add heavier weights, so my body has time to get used to them.
Motivation is one of the essential elements in the sport and has a lot to do with the choice of the playlist.
Everyone likes a particular style of music: Some will be more motivated with different styles of Rap or RNB, others rather with dance. Mine is a bit more metal rock. To each one to find its happiness.
